ALL SALES ARE FINAL, please review that the item/items you purchase through our online store is 100% confirmed as we do not process refunds through our site.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If your item is not received within 30 days or arrives in defective you will be eligible for a refund, this can be done through contacting pureglowpgw@gmail.com which is our site email. Please provide our team with images as we will respond to you within 7 working days to assist you with your issues.

Exchanges
The item received if defective will not need to be returned as a new product will be reimbursed to the customer with no extra cost.
